Vibe coded software

Six apps.
Zero lines
written by me.

I decide what each app does and how it feels, mostly by saying “no, not like that.” AI agents write the code: 2,286 commits since June 2026, most of it for a working brewery.

Project 01: BrewManager

Runs
a brewery.

Brewing, stock, orders, deliveries, and a shop for the brewery’s customers. In production at Pivovarna ZAJC 1725, my family’s craft brewery. Now being redesigned, with a shared calendar that has people, roles and invitations.

Project 02: Calendar

Shows busy.
Never why.

A team calendar where colleagues see when you’re busy, and never what you’re doing. Each person gets “can edit” or “sees busy only”. Its server interface was written first, so both apps talk to the server the same way.

Four more
things.

  • Hopper

For the people who pack the crates and drive them out: customers, packing lists, routes on a map.

  • Tally

Clock in, clock out, and fix the day you forgot. (I forget most days.) The shop floor’s time sheet, in Slovene.

  • Pocket

My own notes and to-dos. Press a button, speak, and it’s written down. An audience of one.

iOS + its own server · made for me

  • The
    website

A bilingual rebuild of the brewery’s public site, with a four-step booking for taproom visits.

English + Slovene · in progress. Like everything.

Counted on 25 September 2026, across all branches of 14 repositories, by an agent, so I didn’t have to. That includes 311 commits of design systems, notes and tooling behind the six apps.

How it is made

One human.
Many agents.

  1. I say what I want, in plain words: the problem, who it is for, what “done” looks like.

  2. An agent plans it, and another attacks the plan before a line of code exists.

  3. Agents build it on their own branches, one small change at a time.

  4. It gets checked, and the report says what was tested and what wasn’t.

  5. I answer the questions and decide what ships, from short reports I can read on my phone. Usually in the taproom.

Who did what

The honest
split.

What I did

  • Chose what to build, and why
  • Decided how each app works and looks
  • Answered the agents’ questions
  • Tested on real phones
  • Said yes, no, and not yet

What the agents did

  • Wrote all of the code. All of it.
  • Planned the work and reviewed each other’s plans
  • Designed screens from my direction
  • Tested, and said what they couldn’t test
  • Translated, documented and kept notes

About me

The
universal
guy.

I’m Miha, 24, from Slovenia. I trained as a mechanical technician, which is a long way of saying: not a programmer.

I work at the brewery and do whatever it needs: logistics, deliveries, IT, the taproom bar and kitchen, packaging, labelling, and picking up ingredients for brewing.

My staff card just says “univerzalc”: the universal guy. Fair enough.

psst I didn’t write the jokes on this site either. That was Ryan and Michael, from the crew list up there. So if they aren’t funny, don’t come after me.
